We use this urn in our office kitchen. The water is always hot and ready to use because we leave it on over night. We keep an empty milk bottle next to the urn and we only really top it up as we leave the office at 5pm. We do need to de-scale the urn quite often but then it comes up as good as new. This was a good price and definitely better than waiting for ages for the kettle to boil! We had an urn a while ago but the water was never quite hot enough, whereas the water from the swan urn seems just as hot as water from a kettle to me- there is a re boil button, but i never need to use it. Definitely recommend for office use.
