The product arrived quickly, as usual from CNM, & just needed plugging to use it.
It is a well made unit that, going on the number of buzzes & sparks going on in the unit & the number of dead insects in the tray, is extremely effective at what it is supposed to do! The lamps are easily replaced, unlike some cheaper types & other parts look as if repairs, should they be necessary, would be simple to carry out.
Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend this product as it does what it says on the box!

Received notification of my order within seconds, item didnt arrive next day due to stock issue, however i enquired and about this and i was sent a very polite and informative email stating it would be delivered the following day, and of course it was. Item is as described jsut got to wait for my first kill lol, i hate pesky flies. All in all a very smooth transaction their customer support is excellent unlike many i could name (but i wont) replied to emails within minutes. Will be looking would purchase from CNM again without hesitation.
Oh and the zapper a very sturdy and very good build quailty. As always with electric equipment the mains lead isnt that long but thats the manufacturers department not CNMs.
