Flavour Savour has 3 in 1 cooking functions, meaning you can seal, fast stew and slow cook in one product. The pan heats to around 200 degrees giving you the sealing functionality. After sealing, various foods including succulent chicken, tender beef and pork can be stew cooked taking approximately 11/2 hours. Alternatively you can slow cook your food allowing flavours to infuse for between 4 – 10
