These radiators are simple to install no electrician needed simply plug in to standard UK plug sockets. They are supplied with heavy duty wall brackets, casters are optional if required. They're great and work really well.
I ordered through CNMonline having had a dreadful experience with another (local) company, this is still the subject of a legal dispute.
I found your staff to be brilliant at customer service, names I remember are Gareth, Lisa and Pippa. I do think it would be useful when dealing with such major purchases if there was more in-house product experience. For my final technical problem I just went straight to Electrorad.
O and when I started the order process I was going to order in two batches to take advantage of the discount that had been mentioned, on placing my order I was told there wouldn't be a discount coupon for future purchases so I ordered the lot at once £2348, so I was a bit miffed to say the least to receive not one but three e-mails telling me I'd got 10% off future orders!
Still though the overall experience is carried though by the superb customer service attitude even if some of the advice wasn't right first time.

How much is the delivery charge?

How long will my delivery take to arrive?
All items have different lead times. The delivery time for each item is listed on the detailed description of the item. If your order is for multiple items, they may be despatched separately and from different locations, or we may send the whole order out together when all items are ready to go out. What is the warranty on my item?

Electrical items will usually contain warranty information on the instruction booklet that will be supplied with the item. Other items will not be supplied with warranty information, in this case your CNM Online receipt will be all that you would need. What do I do if my item is damaged when it arrives?
