The controller has six heat settings for maximum comfort and has an inbuilt timer that switches the blanket off after a pre-defined period of up to 12 hours for total peace of mind! The Sleepsafe safety system ensures that every monogram by beurer electric blanket will automatically switch off if a fault occurs to prevent overheating. This failsafe system has been designed to ensure total piece of mind.

4 out of 5. I liked - kingsize means kingsize - easy to operate - 9 heat settings and setting 2 or 3 is beautifuly warm - blanket has a built in timer to switch off after 2, 6, 9 or 12 hours
Minus points - If you want the blanket to come on automatically you need a seperate timer plug - blanket came folded in a clear plastic cover but took a while to lie flat after being unfolded.
