Every item on
CNM Online has a delivery schedule listed on it (some items are next working day, while others can be 3-5 working days). We are not able to specify a time for your delivery, as we use a national courier service deliveries will usually take place between 8am and 6pm.
If your order has not arrived within the designated time, please complete the form below. We will track your order and we aim to get back to you within approximately 2 hours (during normal working hours).
Tracking Request FormPlease note, if your item has been dispatched directly from the CNM online main office and you provided an email address when you placed your order, the tracking details should have been sent to you via email- so please check you inbox and your SPAM folder before completing this form.
CNM Online uses several couriers, and depending on which of our warehouses your item is dispatched from, you may have already been emailed your tracking number. Please find below a list of the courier companies we use, and how you can track your delivery with them. Please note; if you are trying to contact the courier for a time for your delivery, they are not always able to provide that information. We advise customers to choose a delivery address where someone can be available from 8am to 6pm on the day of delivery.

If you have your consignment number, please enter this along with the delivery postcode in the ‘Track Online’ section. If you would like to speak to your local depot, please enter the postcode of the delivery address in the ‘New Customers’ ‘Find your local APC’ section. You will then be given the address and contact telephone number for you’re nearest APC depot.

If you already have your tracking number, simply enter the number in to the ‘Track Number’ box and the delivery information will be displayed.
If you would like to contact your local depot, scroll down to the bottom of the Interlink Express home page, and click on to ‘Depot Finder’. You will then need to enter the postcode of the delivery address and you will be provided with the address and contact telephone number of your local depot.

If you would like to contact your local depot, please click on the Depot locator/ Post office locator quick link. Select Parcel Force Depot and enter the postcode of the delivery address. The address and contact telephone number of your local depot will be displayed on screen.

If you already have your DHL tracking number, please click on the ‘Track UK Domestic Shipments’ on the home page of the DHL website. You will then need to click on the ‘By Ident Code’ under the ‘Domestic Express’ section. Once you have entered your ident code, your tracking information will be displayed.
