I was very impressed with the quick fast service when I ordered my instant water heater last Decmber. However, it was installed but suddenly in January went wrong. Plumber said not his fault he put it in correctly and I had used it -nothing to do with him.
When I rang you the lady was so helpful and she spoke to the Hyco company who sent a replacement the next day.
There was no charge and the plumber refitted it for a small charge as it was a straight swap and so far it has been great. .Thank you so much for great customer service from both you and Hyco.

Ultra Bug Insect Killer. I tried eight sites to purchase two of these with spare bulbs. None of the other suppliers could provide the replacement bulbs. I had a problem and was not able to register on the internet with CNM. I phoned my order at 3:50pm with no problem. Kathy who took my order was excellent in the way she answered my querries concerning extra bulbs. To my amazement they arrived with the spare bulbs at 3:30pm the following day in perfect condition. Great little towel rail.
I had a few questions about this, and customer services were VERY helpful. I ordered there & then on the phone, and it arrived the next day. Great service. The towel warmer is compact and low wattage. I leave it on all the time, and it has really made a difference to the tiny cloakroom (no heating in there and ceramic floor tiles made it pretty chilly). The hand towel now dries really quickly. Very pleased.

On another web site I sent a message and received a reply saying the questions were not understood. Ug! So I needed an alternative supplier. I first of all asked for some advice from CNMonline which helped me to choose the right heater for the room space I wanted to heat. They suggested the Igenix as the best option and after swift delivery ( less than 24 hours) its already doing the job very well indeed. It has a 24 hour timer and thermostatic control with manual override.

Very good quality as you would expect at the price. Only critisism is the fixing detail. Pinpoint accuracy is required to align the top and bottom fixings. Very tricky on ceramic tiled surfaces. Also, screws supplied are far too short for average UK wall construction. Dispensing is good - quantity near perfect and economical with soap usage. Dispenser pumps take a while to prime when first filled - might be better if a small quanity of water is put in before the soap? Overall summary, expensive but good and a couple of minor design tweaks would upgrade product to excellent.

Heater works very well. Bought to replaces similar model that still worked but only a few elements left (after 20 odd years of service). Luckily the lower brackets of the old model can be used as the top brackets for the new one although the fixing centres are different.
The Brackets supplied with the new model are so soft they bend in the hand.
Pity because the heater is powerful, works really well and soon warms my 21 x 9 foot conservatory. Hope it lasts as long as the previous one.
Service from CNMonline is brilliant. delivered in a couple of days. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

We are really pleased with our purchase as it has proven to be nice and warm and fits well on our dwarf conservatory wall - we bought this as our electrician was not prepared to fit anything other than an normal sized radiator and we are glad we went ahead on our own. Easy to fit, only used the 2 securing points. We also fitted a timer which works very well to ensure the conservatory is warm only when we need it. Suggest you buy a dehumidifier as well as this radiator.

I was a bit dubious about buying this product, as I could find very little information or reviews about it. However I have to say I was impressed with this boiler, you have to have solid walls to take the 70kg weight, but the installation was straightforward enough. On switching the unit on it took only a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive. Easy to follow instructions and great if you have restricted floor space. My only gripe would be, is that the hanging brackets could be designed into an A frame rather than being two strips of metal, other than that it's great..

This is a delightful little fridge that does indeed run quietly and effectively. It takes about 24 hrs to thoroughly cool down, but then maintains an excellent temperature. The pictures imply more drinks storage than is actually possible, as the lower door shelf obviously sticks out into the body of the fridge when the door is closed. Still, at the moment mine accommodates 2 pints of well-chilled milk, a pack of 4 yogurts, some margerine, a pack of ham and the door shelves are crammed full of plums from the garden ! It's great for a little extra chilled storage, maybe in a spare room or an integral garage, for drinks in the summer or family get-togethers at Xmas.

This was an order for a Prestige Towel Radiator 800x600 chrome curved model and received on 26th May.

When made ready for installation it was noted that the pack containing the mounting bracket accessories only had 3 supports. All the literature indicated that 4 supports were used for a curved radiator. The grub screws that secure the mounting collar to the wall bracket were also missing.

This was reported to Customer Services (Emma). The missing bracket and 4 grub screws were eventually obtained and were received by post this morning, allowing installation to proceed.

I am pleased with the service and the effort that was made to satisfy me as a customer.

The product arrived in good time, however after getting it out of the plastic container it came in, I noticed that there were a number of holes in the surface. No more than 1 cm in diameter, but quite sure that they shouldn't be there. Decided against sending it back as couldn't be bothered with the hassle, but disappointed none the less.
Product fits the pool fine and appears to be working anyway, so guess the holes aren't too much of a worry. Your Response : After checking with the manufacturer, it appears that the holes are there on purpose. They are to allow oxygen under the pool cover should any thing/ anyone get trapped underneath it- it is a health and safety feature. This information has now been added to the product information.

4 out of 5. I liked - kingsize means kingsize - easy to operate - 9 heat settings and setting 2 or 3 is beautifuly warm - blanket has a built in timer to switch off after 2, 6, 9 or 12 hours
Minus points - If you want the blanket to come on automatically you need a seperate timer plug - blanket came folded in a clear plastic cover but took a while to lie flat after being unfolded.

I ordered through CNMonline having had a dreadful experience with another (local) company, this is still the subject of a legal dispute.

I found your staff to be brilliant at customer service, names I remember are Gareth, Lisa and Pippa. I do think it would be useful when dealing with such major purchases if there was more in-house product experience. For my final technical problem I just went straight to Electrorad.

O and when I started the order process I was going to order in two batches to take advantage of the discount that had been mentioned, on placing my order I was told there wouldn't be a discount coupon for future purchases so I ordered the lot at once £2348, so I was a bit miffed to say the least to receive not one but three e-mails telling me I'd got 10% off future orders!

Still though the overall experience is carried though by the superb customer service attitude even if some of the advice wasn't right first time.

I bought the Dimplex Low Wattage Panel Heaters ARLWP800TI (800W) model of this range of heater to replace my very old, heavy and large storage heater (3Kw). My flat consists of a small open plan bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom so this is the sole source of heat. It is very attractive, plain, simple heater and the thinnest I have seen on the market, wall mounted it is only 3.5cm deep! Very easy to use simply plug in and turn on with the option of the 24hr timer. After turning on it does take about 1 hour until it is producing a consistant amount of heat and the front of the panel does gets hot (obviously) but after this initial period it definately keeps the room at a comfortable temperature were this particular model can then be set to 300W. If you make the best of the situation and have a well insulated home this heater will be enough to keep you comfortable. However it is not an instant source of heat. You will need to be clever and set the timer to come on 1 hour before you wake up or 1 hour before you get home from work, etc. Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone in a small flat like mine, just do your self favour and keep the heat in.
