NORTH EASTERN UNIVERSITIES PURCHASING CONSORTIUM Close [X] CNM Online Limited are one of 5 suppliers selected by the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) for the supply and installation of hand dryers from 2010. NEUPC is one of several UK Higher Education purchasing consortia. Utilising a partnering approach, NEUPC operates as a centralised structure with over twenty members.
