Zip Electronic Instantaneous Water Heater 11kW
This instant water heater is ideal for supplying single or multiple outlets.
This has enough hot water to supply a sink and a shower simultaneously.
The exact temperature is maintained even with fluctuating water inlet pressures and temperatures.
Suitable for pre-heated water supplies say from a solar heated system.
The DEX12 has optional power settings from 8kW to 11.kW which can easily be set on installation.
The user can select two pre-programmed temperature settings, the exact temperature will be maintained even with fluctuating water inlet pressures and temperatures.
- Provides a constant supply of hot water at "exactly" the temperature selected

Am I able to install this water heater myself?
No: It is recommended that you have a qualified installer of electric instantaneous water heaters. You can either arrange this yourself or we can liaise with yourself and arrange for a qualified engineer to install onsite for you!I would like a qualified engineer to install the water heater what is your procedure?
When you have chosen this option we will call and arrange the installation with you, please note: Installation costs quoted require that POWER, WATER and WASTE are accessible within 1 meters (39" inches) of the installation.Will i have to pay any extra if my utilities are not within 1m as required?
All quotes are subject to final site inspection by the Engineer, we will send you a form to confirm that sufficient utilities are available before we arrange anything with you so there should be no extra costs?We are not mainland UK customer can we still have the water heater installed by a qualified engineer?
The full installation is quoted for mainland UK customers, however full installations may be possible for non mainland UK. Please call one of our adviser's to discuss your options.We would like installation but we are not sure if the power supply is adequate?
This particular water heater requires 50A, we will always check with you what utilities you have available before we arrange the full onsite installation!We have the power and mains water supplies but we do not have the waste pipe installed?
Most water heater installations require a waste facility, however it still may be possible to install the water heater please enquire!I live in a low water pressure area, is this going to be an issue?
The water heater ideally requires mains water pressure to ensure flow rates are maintained, however it still may be possible to run this unit from other low pressure supplies, please enquireThe water supply we have available is from a header tank above is this suitable?
Yes this may be possible, as long at the minimum water pressure required by this particular water heater is met, please see product specifications for minimum water pressuresHow many outlets will this water heater supply?
It is advised that you only supply two outlets maximum. The water heater will work with multiple outlets but not simultaneously, the water flow rates and desired temperature would not be achieved!I did the online quote and it showed the cost price of full installation. Currently our hot water is supplied through a traditional boiler with water tank. Does your price include disconnecting and removing the current boiler?
Unfortunately the engineer will only replace like for like and would not remove your old water boiler. For a full installation you must check the following is in place: 1) Dedicated fused spur point, power supply required within 1m of installation. 2) Cold water supply 15mm within 1m from installation. 3) Sufficient drainage within 1m from the installation point.Our Delivery Charges and times are explained:
Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
