The Dexpro Delux Inline Instantaneous Water Heater is ideal for limited space installations where hot water is required for hand washing - for example offices, shops, factories, schools/universities and hospitals.
Included with the unit is a digital temperature display with an accurate touch control.
It is compact and stylish with a high efficient cast aluminum heating element. The cable is also pre-wired.
This unit is recommended for use with spray head taps so that to attain the desired water temperature.

What water temperatures can i expect with the 5.5kW water heater?
"All depends on the water inlet temperature". The Dexpro is supplied with M22 and M24 flow restrictors. The M22 flow restrictor will limit the flow of water to 1.5 litres per minute and the M24 flow restrictor will increase the flow to 2.5 litres per minute. If the cold water inlet is 12C expect 60C at 1.5ltr min and 49C at 2.5ltr min.
Can this instant water heater be fitted upside down above or under the sink?
Yes it can, the Dexpro can be installed in any orientation, up - down - sideways, etc, so can never be fitted the wrong way. However the digital display on th efront is fixed so if the water outlets are facing upwards the temperature display would be upside down, please see attached downloads.
Do i need an expansion vessel for this instant water heater?
No, ALL Instant water heaters do not require an expansion vessel!
What are the thread sizes?
Male 1/2" BSP standard plumbing fittings for an easy installation! The Dexpro is supplied with 2 x flexi hoses
Can the Dexpro water heater be fitted with a 13A plug?
No, The Dexpro 5.5kW water heater requires a minimum of "24A" power supply with a minimum of 230 Volts. The cable size should be minimum 4.0 mm2, pvc twin + earth, and protect the circuit with overcurrent protection device (OCPD)
Can this water heater be used with standard taps and mixer taps?
Yes it can be used with "standard taps" and "mixer taps" as long as the taps have spray nozzles fitted. The accessories we supply include 2 types of spray nozzle 22 & 24 and will fit most standard size taps. Please check your tap nozzle type before you purchase this water heater. Please note without a nozzle fitted on your tap the water flow rate will be no more than a trickle!
What temperature and flow rates can i expect from this water heater?
This water heater will achieve water temperatures of 60C maximum flow rate of 1.5 - 2ltr/min with M22 nozzle fitted to tap (calculated on a water inlet temperature of 12C)
Do you need any special fittings with this water heater?
No, standard 1/2" BSP fittings. This instant water heater is "unvented" meaning it can be connected directly to cold water mains therefore no other special accessories are required.
I have high fluctuating water pressures will this effect the performance of the water heater?
This water heater is ideal for controlling fluctuating water pressure from 1 - 6 Bar
I would like to supply the water heater from a tank in my loft space will this still work?
This water heater needs a minimum "water pressure" of 1 Bar this is equivalent to 14 PSI. Always make sure the water supply is sufficient enough or the performance of this water heater may be effected. For gravity fed water supplies the tank must be at-least 5m higher than the water heater itself!
Can this water heater be used to feed more than one sink?
This water heater is to be used for one outlet only a sink or hand wash basin. Always install the water heater as close to the outlet as possible. Long pipe runs will effect the performance of the heater!
I have hard water supply will this water heater cope?
Suitable for hard water areas, this water heater is fitted with in-line filter that should be cleaned regular if you are in a hard water area.
What power and voltage does this water heater require?
This water heater needs a minimum power of 24A / 230V, if powered any less than this then the performance of the water heater "will be" effected.
What is the warranty of this water heater?
The warranty is 2 years, if it fails within this period from date of purchase we will replace with new once we have received the water heater if it is found to be faulty a replacement will be delivered next working day
Can i return if the water heater is unsuitable?
Yes as long as the water heater is unused and in the original box. Return to: Unit 2, North Point Business Park, Off Selby Road, Eggborough, North Yorkshire, DN14 0JT, with a reference to your order number. Email cnmservice@cnmonline.co.uk or call 0800 083 0373 to advise us that you are returning. Once we have the water heater back, it will be checked and if unused a full refund will be given excluding any delivery costs we have incurred

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
