The DeLonghi Pinguino PAC EX100 Silent Portable Air Conditioning unit has an innovative New LED display with CLI, designed to provide an immediate feedback about comfort status. The Real Feel is the innovative DeLonghi technology securing the best comfort level thanks to the combination of temperature reduction and humidity control. It uses a natural high efficiency gas, propane R290 which has no greenhouse emissions making this a very ecological unit.

What fittings come with the Pinguino?
The Pinguino comes with multiple adapters to enable you to fit the exhaust to a window, exhaust through a wall and exhaust via wood - doors. The fittings supplied are wall flange with cap, air exhaust hose, hose adapters x 2, wall mounting accessory, crosspiece grill, cap for crosspiece hole, crosspiece, and window outlet.
How many air conditioning speeds?
The Pinguino has 4 different speed settings. Minimum speed setting will provide the minimum silence in operation. Medium speed is when the noise needs to be low but a good comfort level is required in the room. Maximum speed is to reach the desired room temperature very quickly. The Auto setting will choose the desired fan speed required for the temperature selected for the room conditions.
Does the Pinguino have a Dehumidifier setting?
The Pinguino is ideal for reducing humidity in the room, spring and autumn, damp rooms, rainy periods, for this type of use the Pinguino must be set up as a local air conditioning mode and the air exhaust hose must be fitted to allow the humidity to be discharged outside.
Can the Pinguino be programmable?
Yes the Pinguino can be programmed locally on the panel or by using the remote control unit, can be set at any time within 24 hours that follow.
Can the Pinguino self diagnose?
Yes the Pinguino switched on will self diagnose the environment its serving, for example the panel will flash up "LT" for low temperature the Pinguino will automatically start up and defrost the room.
Is the Pinguino maintenance free?
The Pinguino has a dust filter that should be cleaned every week, this is easily removed near the rear intake, use a vacuum cleaner to remove any dust. If the filter needs further cleaning submerge in warm water and rinse several times, it must be completely dry before re-inserting. At the end of the season remove the water from the internal circuit and only refill at the start of the next season, no further maintenance required.
Can the Pinguino be moved from room to room easily?
The Pinguino has 4 heavy duty caster wheels that will allow the user to move the unit forward, backwards and side to side with ease.
What size room is the Pinguino suitable for?
The Pinguino PACEX100 is suitable for small to medium rooms sizes maximum 6m x 4m with standard ceiling height of 2.4m. You could still use this unit in slightly larger rooms however it would just take longer to get the desired room temperature.

All deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
