Designed to perform under a rated pressure of 0.6MPa, the DXI75DT supports a hot water temperature range of 30-55°C, which can be easily monitored via a digital temperature display. Safety is prioritised with built-in protections such as a thermal cutout at 95±5°C (rated 250V, 45A), an overheat safeguard at 60°C, and a waterproof rating of IPX4 to resist splashes in bathroom environments.

The heating element is crafted from cast aluminum with a lifespan of up to 8,000 hours, and the unit features a G1/2 connector type for straightforward installation. The exterior is constructed with a durable ABS body combined with a sleek glass PVC panel (1.5-2.5mm thick), offering a modern appearance and excellent durability. Water temperature output from the DXI75DT Deluxe 7.5kW Instant Electric Water Heater can vary depending on the season due to fluctuations in the incoming cold-water supply temperature. In colder months, incoming water may be as low as 10°C or even less, while during the summer it can rise to around 15°C or higher. This seasonal difference significantly impacts the final delivered hot water temperature.

For example, with a consistent flow rate of 1.5 litres per minute, the unit may produce water at approximately 49°C during summer when the incoming supply is 15°C. In contrast, under the same flow conditions, the output temperature may drop to around 44°C in winter when the supply is closer to 10°C. If the incoming temperature falls below 10°C, which is common in colder climates, the resulting hot water temperature could be even lower. It’s important to consider these variations when assessing performance and user comfort throughout the year.
