Prestige thermostatic matt black towel radiators are manufactured using quality steel and finished in a high quality matt powder coat finish. The tubes are 25mm in diameter for a greater heat output, thus drying your towels much quicker. The rails are supplied with the element fitted on the right hand side as standard. However they can be fitted on the left on request. The quality thermostatic elements have a 5 step temperature regulation and will control the temperature of the towel radiator within 30 - 60º C. The element has a Blue LED light to indicate when the power is ON. The towel radiator incorporates antifreeze function to protect against the radiator temperature falling below 5-7ºC. Minimum projection of the flat rails are 80mm, adjustable up to 105mm.

What is the Warranty of the radiator?
5 Year Warranty on the powder coating and 2 years on the electrical element!

The right hand side, however we can install on the left hand side on request!
Can the radiator be controlled from a remote control?
No the radiator is controlled at the element. Simply turning on the element will start heating the radiator up to the set temperature selected. There are 5 temperatures to select, 1 to 5 indicated by 1-5 x Blue LED lights. After reaching your set temperature the radiator will then automatically turn ON and OFF regularly in order to maintain your desired set temperature!
How many temperature settings are there?
There are 5 temperature settings 1-5 easily selected with up or down buttons. Therefore selecting 1 x Blue LED light will be set at a temperature of 30C and 5 x Blue LED lights will be set at 60C!

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
