Stiebel Eltron Wall Mounted Convector Heater
This panel is ideal for the home or commercial premises suitable for full heating system, or for use between seasons and as a booster heater for small rooms, such as hobby and guest rooms.
Stiebel Eltron heaters are manufactured in Germany, new modern design, low profile they unobtrusively blend into their surroundings. Suitable for all types of room including, bathrooms, hobby rooms, holiday homes and guest rooms.
There are 9 different outputs to choose from 500, 750, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750, 2000, 2500 and 3000 watt.
Timers are available with the 750W, 1250W, 1500W, 2000W and 3000W please see options.
These robust units are splash-proof to IP24, double pole insulated.
They offer variable temperature selection from 6 to 30 °C.

What is the warranty of the Stiebel Eltron panel?

Can this panel be installed in any room?
Yes the Stiebel Eltron range is double insulated, the water proof rating is IPX4 this panel radiator is suitable for every room in the home including the bathroom. This panel heater is ideal for commercial premises, garages, sheds, conservatories, caravans the list is endless! Where is the Stiebel Eltron made? Germany! Is this panel heater supplied with a UK plug? No the Stiebel Eltron is pre-fitted with 1m of electric cable only!
Is the Stiebel Eltron easy to install?
Yes this panel is pre-fitted with 1m of electric cable. The Stiebel Eltron is supplied with quick release metal wall brackets!
What side is the cable fitted?
When the Stiebel Eltron is fitted to the wall then the cable would be at the top right hand corner under the control panel as you look at it!
Will the front of the Stiebel Eltron panel get very hot to touch?
The front panel releases the heat by way of convected and radiant heat. Therefore the front panel will get warm to touch and we would not recommend its use for childrens bedrooms or other persons without assistance or supervision if their physical sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely!
The Stiebel Eltron has the option for the timer version what are the benefits ?
The timer just gives you more control. You would not normally want to control the temperature of the room or space when you are not using it, the timer option can easily be pre-set to turn ON/OFF the heater without you having to remember to do this. The analogue clock on the timer also gives you a visual display of time of day!
Is the timer easy to use?
Stiebel Eltron has made the timer very easy to use. Basically the timer has 72 segments or little pegs placed around a 24hr clock; each 1 hour has 3 pegs or segments. With all the pegs pushed to the outer edge of the 24hr clock the panel heater will work 24/7. To turn the heater off at certain times during a 24hr period simply push the pegs or segments inwards and the heater will switch itself off and will only come back on again when the timer reaches pegs that are pushed out. Each segment or peg is equivalent to 20 minutes, so the Stiebel Eltron timer model has 72 ON or OFF selections over a 24hr period!
How do I set the timer on the Stiebel Eltron?
Please note: The clock and timer will not work without the panel heater being connected to the power supply. Firstly move the 24hr dial clockwise to the correct time so that it is opposite the reference mark Black Arrow at the top centre within the dial. Then simply move the slide switch down to the timer setting. This heater will only come on when it reaches the segments you have chosen or pushed to the outer edge any segments that have been pushed in on this setting the heater will automatically turn itself off!
I don’t want to use the timer how do I bypass my settings?
Simply move the slide bar towards the front of the panel to the, setting this setting allows power to the heater uninterrupted by the timer settings and will control to the thermostat setting only!
Can I dry clothes on the Stiebel Eltron panel?
No the Stiebel Eltron panel front panel may get hot and would scorch clothes, Stiebel Eltron do not recommend using this panel for drying clothes!
How does the thermostat work on the Stiebel Eltron panel?
The thermostat controls the heat output according to the room temperature, this ensures that the panel heater will not produce heat unnecessarily when the room is warm!
I suffer from Asthma, will the Stiebel Eltron be suitable?
With convector type heaters that have a fan built inside them to force the heat around your room this is how fine particles of dust become airborne and become a problem to Asthma sufferers. With the Stiebel Eltron the heat given off is radiant and natural convected heat so the heat given off circulates in a more natural way without the associated airborne dust particles!

All deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
