Dexpro Delux Inline Instantaneous Water Heater - 5.5kW
The Dexpro Delux Inline water heater is ideal for areas where space is limited. This unit is ideal for hand washing in commercial areas such as offices, shops, factory's, schools, colleges, hospitals or modular buildings.
The Temperature rise of the water heater is controlled by the water flow rate and it is recommended that a flow restriction/spray head tap nozzle is used to reach the desired performance of the unit.
As an example, the unit could deliver 42°C water in the summer with an incoming water temperature of 15°C) v’s 37°C in winter (incoming water at 10°C). Please note, this temperature could be lower if the incoming water supply is less than 10°C see downloads for more details

What kind of tap do i need to use?
You need to use a tap with a spray head to attain desired water temperature

The maximum flow rate is 3.0ltrs
Can it be used for a sink?
The 5.5kW is suitable for a Domestic sink for pot washing
Can the Dexpro be used with a mixer tap?
Yes it can if the mixer tap is supplied with a spray nozzle, Please note: The mixer tap may reduce the performance of the heatd water!
What is the kW of the unit?
This unit is 5.5kW.
Will the Dexpro work from a 13A plug?
No, the 5.5kW requires a minimum of 24A and must be hardwired, installed by a qualified electrician!
What power is required for the Dexpro 5.5kW?

What temperature does the unit reach?
In theory, the heater could deliver 42°C water in the summer (with 15°C incoming water temperature). With the same flow rate in winter the heater would only deliver 37°C in winter (with 10°C incoming water temperature). The delivered temperature could be lower if the incoming water temperature are less than 10°C
Will the dexpro water heater accept heated water to the inlet?
Yes, the maximum water inlet temperature must not exceed 30C!
What is the minimum and maximum water pressure required?
The minimum is 0.05MPa (0.5Bar) and the maximum is 0.8MPa (8Bar)
Can the Dexpro be installed sideways?
No the inlet and outlet connections must be at the top!

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £8.50 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
