Redring Undersink Unvented Water Heaters 3kW
The Redring EW range is ideal for use with hand wash basins and will also supply enough hot water on demand for a kitchen sink. The EW unvented water heaters store hot water at a selected temperature ready for draw off on demand.
They are able to supply a single kitchen sink or up to four hand basins and are supplied complete with accompanying pressure relief valve, dielectric junctions and wall mounting fixings. They can be used with standard mixers and taps using standard ½” BSP fittings.
The Redring’s have a superior insulation that minimises heat loss so they are ideal for rooms that are not heated or infrequently heated. The 15ltr model will supply 4 hand wash outlets simultaneously so they are ideal for washroom basin supplies.
The kit also includes the wall fixing brackets for a quick and easy installation. Both sizes are supplied with pressure relief valve set at 6 bar, this should be installed in the cold water supply pipework and plumbed into a suitable drainage system!
The Redring EW range is available in 10 & 15ltr capacities (see options). The 10ltr will accommodate 3 basins and the 15ltr will accommodate 4 basins with a balanced supply of hot and cold water

One year manufacturers warranty!
I have a 13amp power supply will the Redring be suitable?
Yes the Redring has a 3kW element fitted and requires a 13amp power supply!
Do I need any accessories for installation?
The Redring can be plumbed straight in to the cold water supply; and hot water supply straight to standard taps, however we would always recommend that it is installed with the expansion kit. The expansion vessel may be required if the cold supply pipe is not long enough to allow for the expansion of water when it is heated, your plumber will be able to advise you best if the expansion vessel is required!
What temperatures should I expect from this water heater?
The maximum water temperature delivered by this water heater is 65C 68C, for hard water areas 60C!
What is the maximum water pressure it will operate under?
The maximum pressure is 6bar, please note if you install an isolation valve in the line to reduce the pressure this will only reduce the flow the pressure will remain the same, please seek advice from youre your plumber!
Is it suitable for high pressure water supplies?
The water heater will cope with fluctuating water pressures from 0.5 to 6 bar pressure however to prolong the life of the water heater it is always advisable that you install a pressure reducing valve in the cold water supply if you have any enquiries, please call our sales team on 01977 663331 before you purchase!
Can the water heater be fitted upside down?

What pipe fittings do I need for the water heater?
The pipe fittings are standard UK 15mm (BSP) pipe fittings!
Can I install the Redring in an outbuilding that is not heated?
Yes they are ideal for Port-a- cabins or rooms that have very little heating; they have been very well insulated heat loss is very low!

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £8.50 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
