The Dimplex Low Surface Temperature Panel Heater range is a stylish compact and slimline design that has been specifically designed to meet the heating requirements of particular environments, where vulnerable members of the community are present. Each of the fan-assisted heaters have been optimised to give the maximum output helping to quickly and efficiently heat the room.
Ensuring that no part of the heater exceeds 43°C surface temperature makes this heating solution perfect for hospitals, schools/nurseries, retirement homes, nursing homes and sports halls. An integral fan allows the heater to heat the room quicker than non-fan-assisted heaters. Minimising the energy used means this heater is cost effect while keeping the room and occupants warm at a low cost.
The LCD display screen on the heater lets you control when you want the heater on and to what temperature. The screen consists of six touch-sensitive buttons.
Audio feedback may also be disabled where not required. Along with modifying the heaters programmed to suit to your needs the LST heater has four pre-programmed timer modes: Out All Day, Home All Day, Holiday and Use Timer. The handy advance function lets you change your settings temporarily.Â
LST are able to detect a sudden change in temperature and scale back the output to 50%. For example, if a window is left open. Once the the window is closed the LST will return to normal operation. This technology ensures the output from the heater is reduced when heat is escaping from a room meaning low costs and avoiding wastage.
The Heater also features a Child Lock to prevent little hands from making any adjustments to your settings. To activate this simply press and hold together both of the Back and Enter buttons on the heater control for three seconds.

Can the LST be installed in any room?
This Low Surface Temperature panel heater is suitable for every room in the house and its IP rating of IP24 include use in the bathroom. The LST is also suitable for hospitals, schools, nurseries, retirement homes, sheltered homes, nursery homes, sports halls etc
Where is the LST made?
The LST is manufactured by Dimplex who are based in the UK!
Is the LST easy to install?
Yes the LST is pre-fitted with 1m cable. The LST is supplied with metal wall fixings
What side is the cable fitted?
When the LST is fitted to the wall then the cable would be on the bottom right hand corner as you look at it!
Is the LST supplied with a plug?
No the LST needs to be hardwired!
Will the front of the LST panel get too hot to touch?
The LST panel heater is designed so that no part of the radiator can exceed 43°C at full output making it suitable for any premises with vulnerable people!
How does the thermostat work on the LST?
The thermostat controls the heat output according to the room temperature, this ensures that the LST will not produce heat unnecessarily!
What size LST do I need for my room?
If the room is to standard installation requirements, then as a rule of thumb the length x Depth of the room should be calculated and the times by the constant 90 Watts. For Example, if the room measures 4m x 5m the room size is 20M2. 20 should be then x by 90 = 1800. In this case you would need a 1.8kw heater.
Can I install the LST in my bathroom?
Yes, the LST is rated IP24 so is suitable for installation in a bathroom!
If i have a problem with this radiator who do i contact?
If the heater is faulty within the first 30 days of purchase please call CNM customer services team. If you have had the product for more than 30 days and the heater becomes faulty please call the manufacturer Dimplex. Please note the LST range has a warranty for 2 years after the day of purchase!

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
