How many heaters can I control via App/WifI?
Up to 1000 Relax heaters can be connected via App/Wifi, and the user can rename each unit!
If there is no Wifi, I can still control the heater with the remote, correct?
Yes, the user can operate the heater with the Remote Control!
Can I use one remote for more than one heater?
Yes one remote control can control several heaters one by one!
What is the maximum distance between Heater Remote - WiFi box?
The distance between the heater and the remote control should be less than 3 metre, and the remote control must be directly pointed to the receiver. In order to guarantee the WIFI signal is strong, the heater and the smartphone should be close to the WIFI router as closely as possible.
Can this heater be installed vertically?
The radiator must never be installed in the upward or inward position; the heating surface must always be positioned so that the heat is directed downwards or outwards and in the horizontal position.
How noisy is this heater?
The infrared heater is completely silent in operation!
Can you use an extension cord with this heater?
Yes it can be extended, the Relax compact is supplied with cable and UK plug.
Is the heater easy to install on the wall?
The infrared panel heater comes with a pair of stainless steel adjustable angle mounting brackets. The adjustable angle enables the heater to be installed on horizontal and inclined surfaces, all fixings are supplied for an easy installation!
How do you clean this heater?
The appliance must be allowed to cool down first, then wipe off any dust with a damp soft cloth!
What is the length of the power cable?
The Cable is 1.90m in length 3-wire, 1.5 mm
Can anyone install this heater?
Yes the Relax compact is plugged into the mains!
Can this heater be installed outside?
Yes it is waterproof rated @ IP65, however if used directly in outside spaces only absolutely wind-free areas are suitable for outdoor efficiency!

Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 + VAT up to 20kg. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only*). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery*
Extra Charges
Where the weight is over 20kg we reserve the right to charge more dependent on product type and delivery postcode, our customer service team will be in touch and inform you of any extra charges before we despatch.
Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Working Day - these products will be delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4:00 pm. Please call if you require a Next Working Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in the desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.
