True Real Power: TRP function, is the inbuilt current meter, installed in all D series WIFI radiators, the meter collects information about the true energy consumption of each individual radiator and sends this information direct to your App! The TRP function shows you in "Laymans terms the exact financial cost of the radiator and the savings according to its use. TRP takes energy saving to a higher level by incorporating mobile monitoring into the heating systems. TRP function can also be used to determine if a room is potentially poorly insulated!

Are the radiators controlled by radio frequency?

No, this type of WIFI radiator does not need a radio signal to control it. 100% Wi-Fi that doesnt require any gateway nor intermediary devices in order to work. The installation is as simple as connecting the radiators to the router and pairing them in a few steps via the free App. That is easy, simple and fast!

What is the warranty of the Rointe WIFI?

3 Years on the radiator and 20 years on the surface finish.

Can this heater be installed in any room?

Yes the D Series are IP24 rated suitable for every room in the home including the *bathroom (*UK plug will need to be removed and hard wired). This Aluminium radiator is also suitable for commercial premises, conservatories, care homes, nursery, student accommodation, caravans the list is endless

Is there a limit to how many radiators you can control from the App?

There is simply NO LIMIT to the number of radiators which can be connected.* This makes the system ideal for whichever type of installation from a small house to the largest hotel chain as you can control as many radiators as you want from the same application. Its unlimited

Is this heater easy to install?

All sizes are supplied with wall fixing kit template and are fitted with UK plug. Alternatively, they can be hardwired to a fused spur point

What side is the power cable fitted?

When the heater is fitted to the wall the power cable would be on the bottom right hand side as you look at it!

Will the front of the panel get hot to touch?

The front panel at full power will get very hot to touch, however, all sizes have a cool setting at max 40C, ideal setting for childrens rooms and care homes that require a safe low surface temperature radiator

What is the maximum projection when installed?

When installed 120 mm (4.7") Max

Can you use the App via any device?

The App can be downloaded and used with any smartphone, tablet and PC, whenever you want and wherever you are. It is an application for iOS, Android and web platform for other operating systems
